Trackback is the way used to associate posts on different blogs and allows bloggers to share their readers. If you are not familiar with trackback and don’t know how to send one here is small tutorial.

The first step to send a trackback is to get a trackback URL. You can get it from the post where you want to send your trackback. If the post does not have a Trackback URL, they either don’t have a Trackback capability or might have turned it off. Blogger’s usually do this if they are getting lost of spam trackback.

Now copy that url and paste it in the trackback box, It is usually named as send trackback.

Next publish your post, If you already have published post then republish it with the trackback URL. Blogging system will automatically send the Trackback to the target blog’s post. That’s all! You are done. Some bloggers moderate their trackbacks to avoid unrelated posts being linked. Some, however, do not moderate or even monitor their Trackbacks.Don’t use this service for spam.
