If you’re using shared hosting for your wordpress blog chances are your blog might poorly perform due to minimal resource allocated to each user. And once your blog started to get a good amount of traffic things can get worse, which can lead to slow page load and will increase bounce rate of your blog. So before you arrive at this stage it is always recommended to take some steps so that your blog performs better.
Use Few Plugins
Before you use plugin make sure you really need it. Avoid unnecessary plugin, greater number of the plugin used slows down your blog. Deactivate an unnecessary plugin and delete it when not in use.
Keep your WordPress Version Up to Date
WordPress developers are constantly working to improve it and make it even better and better. Upgrading to new version will not only improve the performance, but it will also make your blog safe and secure.
Optimize WordPress Database Table
Log into phpMyAdmin of your hosting cpanel, and select all in your wordpress database table. And after that repair and optimize.

This is the very important step to take your blog to next level and providing better user performance to your blog visitors. Cache plugin saves the popular post or page in the temporary folder and serves it to next visitors without making and database query, There are many plugins available do some research before you use and caching plugin.
Do take care to compress the image before to upload to your post, use images only when it is necessary. For this same reason, I didn’t use any image in my post or have use it only where is it necessary. Remember not everyone use broadband, still majority of users uses slow dial up connection and will exit if your blog will not load quickly.
