Finance needed, financial projection, etc. You required to arrange finance for your small business and also certificate and license related works. And finally you need to find out the location and start the structure for future processing.

Managing a Small Business

Here you have to implement all your plans and ideas practically. As you have already a small business you have to manage it now. You have to manage issues related customer, employee, inventory and supply chain, production, etc.
